About Court Proceedings

There are two different ways of Court Proceedings: 1) Fast Track and 2) Normal Proceedings

1)   Fast Track: Stay is granted immediately if the case is filed in crucial moment and of that justifying nature which warrants immediate stay. The same also needs special attention and permission of the Hon’ble Justice.

2)   Normal Proceedings: Here the proceedings goes normally as the Hon’ble Justice desires. It takes time but proper justice is delivered.

Our case was initially of that kind which may come under Fast Track, but after extension of crucial date of membership verification by the Directorate, it automatically goes under Normal Proceedings.

Postmaster Cadre was not born to compromise............ they were born to lead the post offices

The real intention behind creation of Postmaster Cadre played in the mind of the Directorate was to bring back of the past glory of Post Offices. Postmaster Cadre officials also don’t deny their responsibility to make vibrant post offices. They are performing their duties with their level best for attainment of the mission of the Department of Posts. At the same time they are being repeatedly exploited too. Most of them are not able to provide a time for their beloved families. It is only the AIAPC which is able to take up the issues related to Postmaster Cadre with the appropriate authorities both at local and national level.

Owing to its repeated insistence, the Directorate has clarified that the Postmaster Cadre does not come under the existing categories (Plz read with the post dated 07/07/2015 ). Therefore, Postmaster Cadre officials are now free from any sort of bondage. Existing unions / associations can’t make us their member.

At present there is no option left with the Dept to deny the 17th category for Postmaster Cadre. The Dte. is now not is position to issue CORRIGENDUM of letter dated 08/06/2015 or issue another letter to make the letter dated 08/06/2015 as null and void which the Dte. did in earlier occasion to make the letter dated 11/09/2014 addressed to the CPMG, Karnataka Circle as null and void (Please see the post dated 28/09/2014 in this blog) under pressure of existing unions. Because the letter dated 08/06/2015 is now sub-judice before the Hon’ble High Court.

Therefore, all of our deviated friends are requested not to move here and there. Be firm and determined. Build confidence and destroy your fear.  Assemble under the umbrella of AIAPC to snatch your legitimate right.

Voice up the slogan, “Postmaster Cadre was not born to compromise............ they were born to lead the post offices”.
