This cadre needs direct control from Regional office not under Divisional heads. the help may be like this ... Supply of computer and its peripherials, establishment of those pm grade office and sudden purchase permission required from RO etc. The selected office like us have hause workd load, hause publice comes day to day etc. But the divisional office do not care us so we need direct control from RO.
