What about Postmaster Cadre III,Who posses the requisite qualification but till the date no action is taken for issue order of Sr.Postmaster as per Recruitment Rule of Postmaster Cadre.Kindly take the matter with Dte.immedietly for issue notional promotion order of Sr.Postmaster.
