AIAPC writes to the D.G. Posts for necessary changes / modifications in the Department of Posts, Senior Postmaster (Group B Gazetted), Postmaster Grade-II & III (Group B non – Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2010
we pray god that directorate atleast act positively for this letter.... If nothing is done by the Directorate in the VII CPC, i think we should submit declination letters, a mass, to appropriate authorities on particular day.... healthy discussion is invited.
If no reply is received from the directorate within a stipulated time legal proceedings need to be initiated well before announcement of 7th CPC report. Because this thoughtful representation has been badly delayed, PM Gr-II Bagnan Howrah.
What about the anomaly crept in due to belated creation of Postmaster Grade-III. The Junior HSG-I officials(Who had not opted for PM Cadre) got HSG-I promotion earlier and opted to PM Grade -III in 2013 and rank en-block seniors to the Postmaster Grade-II officials who got PM Grade -III only during 2014 as 5 years service requirement in PM Gr-II+HSG-II).This also requires legal battle when PM cadre issues are taken to Tribunal.A separate letter to Directorate in this regard at this juncture is requested from AIAPC.
best efforts sir. thanks for such wonderful drafting.
