‘Postmaster Cadre’ doesn’t come under the 16 categories identified by the Department for the purpose of verification

 

Postmasters should not get misguided, they are born to guide others ………

Dear friends,

AIAPC conveys you this monsoon greetings. For the purpose of awareness of all of our esteemed members AIAPC (CHQ) likes to lay down few lines here under:

1.    AIAPC (CHQ) is working day & night restlessly for the cause of Postmaster Cadre without any discrimination

2.    As this is completely new association, it will take little time for AIAPC to get recognized. But, we will not give up till it stands.

3.    AIAPC will not look back its shadow; rather it will look forward with its strong determination attributed by our esteemed members.

4.    AIAPC (CHQ) has already gathered necessary document issued by the Directorate, which establishes that Postmaster Cadre cannot be the member of AIAPS (GL). The same will duly be published in this blog as and when situation justifies. In addition, it is also intimated that we have not yet published our Memorandum submitted to 7 CPC for the greater interest of our cadre.

5.    AIAPC assures that by the end of following week, the position of AIAPC vis-à-vis the Department of Posts will be cleared and we are 100% hopeful to take the command.

 So my dear friends this is the time when we should not get misguided by other associations/ unions. This is the high time where we should unite to create a non-breakable bond between us.

Postmasters are endangered but they are not fragile

A rolling stone gather no moss (सच को आंच नहीं)

We like to convey our heartiest gratitude to our pioneers who initiated a true movement for Postmaster Cadre towards achieving a separate non-federated platform. We also want to make it clear that we didn’t left anyone; rather they left us and compromised with the system in vogue for attainment of their local issues and personal advantage(s). All of us know that initially we got tremendous shock for this mishap but gradually we recovered it, took the challenge and sacrificed to make the Postmaster Cadre as ‘Distinct Category’ under CCS (RSA) Rules. However, we welcome our deviated friends to join confidently in the mainstream so as to overcome the hurdles together.

 We didn’t want to give up self-respect of Postmaster Cadre. Anyone outside the Department will be amazed to know that Postal Assistants (Gr-C), Postmen & MTS, Inspector Posts & Asstt. Supdt. of Posts, Supervisors (General Line), SBCO, Stenographers (All Grades) have their own category and unions/associations, but the Postmaster Cadre don’t have their category/association. 

 Everybody knows that the Postmasters are not machines/ robot; they are all human beings made up of blood and flesh. They are faithful captain of the Department at operative level, who have been showing their extreme patience and dedication since last four years. Now they feel themselves as endangered but they are not fragile. They may loose their patience and can explode any day!!!

If anyone cannot join, shouldn’t dare to tease or divide us, we are intellectual managerial group, we know your motive. We will always remain united in any situation.

A little effort for conducting DPC for the posts of Senior Postmasters

This association seeks information about the detail of PM, Gr-III officials who have already completed 2 years regular service (HSG-I + PM, Gr-III combinable) in the grade or likely to complete 2 years regular service in near future with an intention to bring the fact to the notice of the Directorate for conducting DPC for the posts of Senior Postmasters.
