AIAPC Logo Competition

All the members of AIAPC are here by informed that it has been decided unanimously that logo of AIAPC needed to be changed. A new look and a new vision of our AIAPC logo is now needed.

So, a logo designing competition of AIAPC is placed before all members of AIAPC and an award also kept  for the wining member which will be presented on 3^rd AIC at Kolkata.

The new logo of AIAPC will be our permanent one which will not only represent our Association before DOP but should also an identification of our Postmaster Cadre. The logo will be used in the letter head of CHQ, letter head of Circles and website etc.

Specification of the new logo:

Shape & Size:     Square= 2”x 2” / Circular = diameter 2” / Oval= diameter 2.5” h x 2” b

File Size                :               Maximum 5mb, minimum 1mb

File Format:        Electronic only = Photoshop (preferable) with layers, JPEG, JPG, TIFF and BMP also acceptable.

Colour:                                 preferably light colour background

Content:              1. If square, AIAPC on top and CHQ at bottom

2. If circular or oval, AIAPC on top and CHQ at bottom

3. Picture or sketch can be provided all over or at the centre which should not match with other Association/Union of Central Govt. or should not arise any contradiction with law in force.

                Member should write his/her name, post, office of posting, division and Circle. File should be named as “logo” followed with PIN of office of Posting for e.g. logo110001. File should be sent only to aiapcchq@gmail.com .

                Last date of submission:                               27^th of October, 2016

                Date of announcement of selection:       09^th of November, 2016 

N.B.=>  One member can send one logo only. Selection of logo will be done by juries selected by AIAPC only. AIAPC will have all right of rejection and selection of logo and no clarification will be entertained regarding it. After selection of logo member will not have any right over the logo submitted by him/her and will be copyright of AIAPC only. Members selected as jury by AIAPC for selection of logo competition will not be able to participate in the competition. Logos submitted for competition will be matter of confidential and will not be used anywhere in any circumstances. Only one logo will be declared winner.
