An Appeal by Honourable Secy. to Dept. of Posts, Min. of Communication and IT, GOI.

Dear Friends,

Hon’ble Secretary, Dept of Posts vide her letter no. 92-52-2014-Coord./ O&M dated 24^th September 2014 appeals to donate one day’s salary to the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund for the cause of the people of Jammu and Kashmir who have been badly effected by the recent devastating flood. AIAPC also requests to all the Postmaster Cadre friends for successful implementation of the Hon’ble Secretary’s letter dated 24-09-2014.

  Secondly, as you all are aware of recent Natural Disaster (Cyclonic storm-HUDHUD) occurred in Andhra Pradesh, AIAPC appeals to all our Postmaster Cadre friends to donate in Prime Minister's National Relief Fund for the distressed people of Andhra Pradesh also in the line of the Hon’ble Secretary’s letter dtd 24/09/2014 in respect of Jammu & Kashmir.

The Postmasters, who have submitted their option to the respective DDOs for donation to the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund, are requested to send their Name, Designation, Office of Posting, Mobile No and Donation for State ( J&K / AP / Both ) to aiapcchq@gmail.com  so that we can publish the name of our noble Postmasters in our website separately for the affected people of both the states.
